Oscars 2013

These dresses are so beautiful.  My personal favorite is Jennifer Aniston's gown.  The photo does not do it any justice.  If you saw it on t.v. on her, you would've seen how well made it was and good it looked on her.  Jennifer Lawrence's dress was stunning and so was Charlize's.  Damn they all look good....

A Room With A View

This home is right on a beautiful, tropical beach and the homeowner took full advantage by designing his/her home to enjoy the view to it's fullest. Take a look:

New Drinking Glasses

I have a bit a fetish for beautiful drinking glasses. I like to pickup maybe four or less at a time of unique and pretty glasses. I think I picked this fetish up from my mom. I only purchase them from Homesense which is the same things as TJ Maxx in the states. These glasses are white swirled with a bit of iridecent glowing through. I love them.

Pretty rooms

I'm on Pinterest a lot. One of the things I love to pin are pics of rooms so beautifully decorated. My home is very important to me as I want myself and my family so enjoy our space. To feel comfortable and to enjoy the aesthetics of a nicely decorated room. I'm sharing with you some of my favourites and will do so on a weekly basis. Enjoy:
I LOVE the horse painting and the relaxed living room they put together in this one:
I don't what it is about this chair combo but I love the turquoise pillows with the nude little statue:
Such a pretty office space:
This kitchen is so dynamic. I love the counters:

My Miley

Until five years ago this coming April, I've never had a dog. Cats? Yes. But never a dog. We decided to get the kids a dog. A small to medium sized dog fits our lifestyle. One that does not shed. Massive amount of dog hair is a turn off. So, after some research we decided to find a Cockapoo. Half poodle and half cockerspaniel. After a short search we found a family whom had puppies. Long story short, we brought home that adorable little baby of a puppy. She cried for her mommy and I wondered what the hell did I get myself into. I said no to her being on the couch but after my husband allowed her on the couch once she cried to be let up. It took just one time for me to melt and forever let her cuddle with us on the couch. How can I say no to such an adorable little puppy. Fast forward to today and she has become my buddy. I trained her to go to the bathroom outside, I walk her, I feed her, I take her to the groomers and in exchange she gives me unconditional love. She is always by my side. Never questions me, never criticizes me. Just loves me. What do I give her? The best care I can give her. I spoil her and treat her like my forever baby. She follows me everywhere. I mean everywhere. If I could take her to work, I would.

Drawing II

I'm registered in a Visual Arts Certificate Program with our university. Part-time of course. I'm on my fourth course which is the last course in order to complete the foundation courses required before I choose my focus. What may that focus be? I will choose from Drawing, Watercolour or Oil/Acrylic. One is never too old to go after what you want. I should have got an art degree when I was a young pup but could've should've. Better later than never.
